Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor based at our Hatfield head office, with weekly site visits to Harringay. You will manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the framework, including cost proposals, payments, variations and CVRs, while driving profitability and risk management across projects.

• Experience in commercial management for housing/refurbishment projects.
• Experience with valuations, payment applications and CVRs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial, financial and contractual management of the framework.
• Manage programme of works across residential properties and high-risk buildings.
• Prepare cost proposals and pricing for client approval; oversee payments and cash flow.
• Procure and manage subcontractors in line with contract requirements and our commitments.
• Provide commercial leadership to the project team and ensure timely reporting.

You will be based in our head office in Hatfield whilst attending our site in Harringay on a weekly basis. This is a full-time role.
