Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver multiple projects within a TFM contract from Bristol and the Southwest. The role offers hybrid working with travel, a 6-month fixed term with potential to extend or become permanent, and a competitive package including a company vehicle or allowance and benefits.

You will lead projects from brief to completion, ensure safe, compliant delivery, manage budgets and risks, and partner with clients to deliver value and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects end to end in FM/MEP environments.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of multiple projects valued from £20k to £2m.
  • Consult with clients and stakeholders to define brief and feasibility.
  • Develop Employers Requirements and clear scope documents.
  • Manage project programme, budget, risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure CDM compliance and appoint/monitor safety roles.
  • Drive projects to successful completion end to end.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. This role has the potential to be made permanent.The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects with a value range of £20k to £2m.We are looking for an individual with previous project management experience, ideally within the FM industry. Great organisation and communication skills.What will you deliver?Delivery of a variety of project work opportunities from within the TFM contractConsult with key clients and their stakeholders on project requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisorWork with the client to clearly define their brief and develop and agree their Employers RequirementsWork with consultants, specialists, designers, and sub-contractors (as required) to define and document clear and concise scope(s) of work(s) under an Activity ScheduleDevelop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project outcomes and business case. This is to be within agreed budget requirements, risk profile, and satisfy business objectives in terms of profitabilityWork with commercial colleagues in collaboration in ensuring detailed and compliant tender process, outcomes and presentations are in place for their onward governanceWork within the current CDM regulations, taking on the role of client representative, ensuring appropriate appointments are made and management of PC & PD to ensure they are discharging appropriate dutiesIdentify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project they are leadingEnsure EQUANS SHEQ practices and processes are fully embedded within development and delivery of each project.
