Job summary

Optima Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Lewisham team. You will manage costs, budgets, prepare estimates and cost reports across social housing and construction projects.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to risk and procurement.

Qualifications
