Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role in social housing, maintenance, repairs or construction.
• Good working knowledge of SOR Codes / Schedule of Rates.
• Experience pricing and valuing responsive repairs, planned works, maintenance or refurbishment projects.
• Understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management.

Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing / Construction

Optima Site Solutions is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Lewisham.

We are particularly interested in candidates with Quantity Surveying experience and a strong background in social housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Preparing estimates, valuations, variations and cost reports.
