This role has been created to strengthen the commercial team ahead of a significant increase in tenders and upcoming secured work across Education, Leisure and wider public sector frameworks.

You’’ll join a respected commercial team within the London & Home Counties business, supporting both live projects and a growing pipeline of new work. The role suits a QS who is comfortable leading schemes up to £10m, or acting as a number two on larger projects. Experience in PCSA, running your own projects, and working within Tier 1/Tier 2 main contracting will be highly valued.
Projects typically span Education, Leisure, Civic Buildings and public sector frameworks — with a strong emphasis on quality, customer service and repeat business.
