Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London invites applications for a Quantity Surveying Graduate. You will join a 2–3 year trainee programme in our Cost Management team, working toward Chartered Quantity Surveyor status via the APC route.

You will gain real work from day one, assist with budget estimates, monitor spend, visit sites, and learn to use our cost-management technology while building client relationships and developing professional skills.

Qualifications

• Degree – minimum 2:2 (predicted or achieved).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Quantity Surveying desirable.
• Strong passion for Quantity Surveying.
• Interest in the property industry and its future.
• Interest in emerging technologies in the profession.
• Numerical ability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and calculate design costs to create budget estimates.
• Monitor project spend and report costs within budgets.
• Visit sites to check project progress.
• Prepare reports and contract documents for clients.
• Embrace technology and real-time cost management tools.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients.
