Specsavers is seeking an exceptional Head of Quality Transformation to lead an 18-month transformation across our technology organisation, redefining how Quality Engineering is delivered globally. You will shape vision, roadmap and operating model for automated, scalable testing and governance.

Working with senior leaders and partners, you will drive automation-first testing, reusable assets and proactive quality enablement to accelerate safe, high-quality software delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale quality transformation programs.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation strategy, operating model and roadmap for QE.
• Lead automation initiatives, governance and supplier management across technology.
• Build alignment across engineering, delivery, product, and leadership.
