Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a QE Governance & Engagement Lead to shape how Quality Engineering is delivered across a global technology organisation. You will define the quality framework, governance models, and standards, ensuring quality sits at the core of delivery and transformation initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders, value streams, regions, and suppliers to drive automation, reusable test assets, and meaningful quality metrics that inform decision making and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Requires deep Quality Engineering expertise with strategic leadership.
• Experience implementing quality frameworks and governance models.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across technology and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Global Quality Framework, standards, and governance models.
• Govern QE managed service delivery across programmes, products and transformations.
• Partner with senior leaders and suppliers to improve delivery quality and speed to value.
