Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a QE Governance & Engagement Lead to shape how Quality Engineering is delivered across our global technology organisation. You'll define and evolve the quality framework, standards, governance models, and best practices that underpin quality across programmes, products and transformations.

You'll partner with senior leaders, value streams, regions and suppliers to ensure quality is built in from the outset, drive automation, reusable test assets, and provide data-driven

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Testing Leadership or Technology Governance.
• Experience implementing quality frameworks and governance models, driving transformation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across technology and business functions.
