Job summary

Premium Credit Ltd in London is seeking a Head of Quality Engineering to lead our enterprise quality strategy, ensuring quality, reliability and security across the organisation's software. This senior role partners with Engineering, Product, Information Security and suppliers to reduce incidents and accelerate releases.

Qualifications

• Significant QA experience with senior leadership responsibility in complex environments.
• Proven ability to define and execute a quality engineering strategy.
• Hands-on test automation, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience embedding security testing into software delivery.
• Practical use of AI/ML tooling in testing or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise quality strategy across testing domains.
• Set the roadmap for testing capability, tooling, governance and team structure.
• Embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and promote shift-left practices.
• Drive AI and automation across the testing lifecycle for speed and confidence.
• Lead, develop and expand a QA team with clear objectives and growth paths.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and third-party partners on security testing and risk.
