• Strong collaboration with operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with operations and team leaders to build strong working relationships.
• Carry out audits on machine defects to find root causes and support fixes.
• Keep regular contact with US Node facilities through daily and weekly meetings.
• Use defect data to identify and follow up on ICA/PCA.
• Complete tasks on time and in line with company processes.
• Be flexible and willing to work across shifts when needed.
