Job summary

North Hertfordshire College is seeking a proactive Quality Systems Officer to join our Quality team at Stevenage Campus. You will lead the management and continuous improvement of Quality systems such as ProAchieve, ProMonitor, OneFile, ALPs Connect and Microsoft Teams.

You will monitor usage, data integrity and ensure processes support outstanding learner outcomes while collaborating with curriculum and support teams. A strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail are essential.
