We are looking for a proactive and influential Quality Manager to lead, maintain and continuously improve Häfele UK’s integrated management systems. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring quality remains a business-wide priority, supporting the continued achievement of certified standards while driving practical improvements across service, performance and operations efficiency.
This is a visible and cross-functional role where you will work closely with departmental managers, lead the internal audit approach and support colleagues across the business to embed best practice, strengthen compliance and deliver measurable improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is site based in Rugby, Warwickshire, with flexibility for hybrid working where appropriate.
The role would be well suited to an experienced quality professional who enjoys combining strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery. You will be confident working across functions, influencing stakeholders and using data, audit insight and continuous improvement tools to drive meaningful change.
