We’re looking for a Technical Support Technician to join our team, primarily based in our Nottingham workshop, with occasional travel to customer sites.
This role combines hands‑on technical work, product support, and customer interaction, supporting both internal teams and customers with expert advice, training, and installation guidance. It’s ideal for someone with a background in joinery, carpentry, or woodworking looking to step into a more technical and customer‑focused role.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
