Häfele UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Quality Manager to lead, maintain and continually improve the company’s integrated management systems at Rugby. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and drive quality across service, performance and operations efficiency.

This visible role requires strong audit leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to embed best practice while guiding colleagues to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior quality leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and integrated management systems.
• Auditing experience with corrective action and root-cause analysis.
• Experience in improving quality across functions using data and KPI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach others and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain integrated management systems and certification standards.
• Ensure audit readiness and coordinate evidence, reviews and actions.
• Oversee internal audits, non-conformances and root-cause actions.
• Embed quality across departments to improve service and efficiency.
• Develop a rolling continuous improvement plan from data and feedback.
• Investigate complaints and risks, ensuring effective actions.
• Coach Lead Auditor and quality representatives across the business.
