Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: follow clear processes and spot defects accurately.
• Problem-Solving: comfortable working through issues and finding practical solutions.
• Clear communication to team members, suppliers, and other departments.
• Able to read engineering drawings and use basic computer tools like Excel/PowerPoint to log and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Following and encouraging safe working practices to help keep the work area safe and productive.
• Spotting and investigating defects using clear processes to make sure products meet quality standards.
• Reporting problems clearly to team leaders and suppliers so they can be sorted quickly.
• Working with others to share information and solve quality issues together.
• Using problem-solving skills to fix issues and help improve how things are done.
• Recording defects and tracking repairs using the computer system to make sure nothing gets missed.
