Job summary

Vulcain Engineering UK seeks a Quality Management Lead to ensure defect-free delivery on Sizewell C and HPC projects. You will act as the quality contact across packages, embedding QA/QC across design, procurement, manufacturing and construction.

The role requires strong QA/QC experience on infrastructure or safety-critical projects, plus audit and stakeholder-management skills. Location is Sizewell/C area with no travel expense coverage. Visa/sponsor details vary by project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management for major infrastructure or safety-critical projects.
• Experience in QA/QC across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction.
• Strong ability to audit supply chains and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply chain compliance with QA and QC requirements.
• Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans and surveillance strategies.
• Review contractor QA Plans and ITPs; conduct supplier audits and follow up on actions.
• Oversee surveillance activities, inspections, and non-conformances.
