Job summary

• Experience as Quality Manager with team leadership
• Background in manufacturing, metal manufacturing or precision engineering
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Experience managing audits, non-conformances and CI projects

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across the business.
• Manage and develop the Quality team, including two direct reports.
• Oversee internal and external audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and customer quality requirements.
• Manage calibration, document control and Quality KPI reporting.
• Funded training and professional development opportunities.
