Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Quality Manager for a globally recognised aerospace manufacturing business in Lincolnshire.

You will lead a 30+ strong quality team, own the site QC function, and drive compliance to AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP, and ISO14001 while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

The role offers a hands-on leadership style, working on the shop floor and engaging with senior leadership to shape long-term quality strategy.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND/Apprenticeship/Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in quality within regulated manufacturing, ideally aerospace.
• Deep knowledge of GD&T, metrology and inspection processes.
• Strong expertise in RCA methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa.
• Hands-on leadership style, able to work on the shop floor and engage at senior levels.
