Job summary

Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking an experienced E&EW Quality Manager to lead quality assurance for the Sizewell C project in the UK. You will report to the Enabling & Earthworks Quality Lead and oversee quality strategy, audits, and compliance across enabling and earthworks activities.

Acting as deputy, you will drive right-first-time delivery with contractors and suppliers, ensuring safe, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant quality management experience on large civil or earthworks projects.
• Experience implementing Quality Plans and ITPs across delivery and supply chains.
• Strong audit, inspection and non-conformance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deputise the Enabling & Earthworks Quality Lead; support quality strategy.
• Provide visible quality leadership to project teams and contractors.
• Lead audits, inspections, and assurance activities across works fronts.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and root cause investigations.
• Ensure ITPs, quality plans and assurance arrangements are implemented.
• Monitor quality performance and provide actionable recommendations.
