Job summary

EDF is seeking an experienced E&EW Quality Manager for Sizewell C to lead quality assurance across enabling and earthworks. You will supervise audits, drive quality plans and ensure compliance with ITPs and standards on a nationally significant infrastructure project.

You will manage non-conformances and root cause investigations, coordinate with contracting teams, and help deliver safe, right-first-time handover of major assets. Experience in civil infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality management on major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to lead audits, inspections and assurance activities.
• Capability to interpret standards and translate requirements into practical site controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the Quality Lead, supporting quality strategy and daily activities.
• Provide visible quality leadership to project teams, contractors and supply chain partners.
• Drive implementation of the Quality Management System across enabling and earthworks activities.
• Lead audits, inspections, assessments and assurance activities.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and root cause investigations.
• Ensure ITPs, quality plans and assurance arrangements are implemented.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Support certification, compliance and handover of major assets.
• Promote a right-first-time culture across contractor interfaces.
