The role will ensure compliance with all Quality procedures and maintain all Quality standards, including achieving other standards as required.

You will have a team reporting to you, comprising a Quality Engineer, an administrator, and two inspectors. You will report to the MD with regular open communication.

The role includes quality reporting, customer quality (corrective actions and continuous improvement), QMS management (ISO, IATF, AS, NADCAP), NPI, Calibration, and general Health & Safety contributions.

You should be a confident and proactive individual capable of influencing and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with the technical expertise to interpret and manage multiple quality standards.

The role requires 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible approach to work-life balance.
