Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC department in Kent. The role involves implementing procedures, developing the QC team, and driving continuous improvements to ensure product quality across processes.

The position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week), with a salary range of £40,000-£50,000 DOE. Benefits include weekly pay, a Christmas bonus, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension, and career development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
• Strong communicator and decision maker
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
• Manage and support the development of the QC team
• Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth.

The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.

Role & Responsibilities
