Hunter Selection in Plymouth, Devon is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Engineering team and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

You will own quality KPIs, manage customer complaints, support NPI projects, and ensure ISO compliance while partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. A strong leader with a hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering.
• Proven quality leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Experience supporting NPI and engineering change projects.
• Skilled in problem-solving and quality methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Organised, results-driven, and hands-on.

£55,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits. Monday to Friday role.
