Main Responsibilities

To manage customer technical queries, supplier approvals, product specifications, customer and internal complaints, and support the maintenance of the company's BRCGS accreditation and compliance systems.

Key Duties

• Respond to customer technical queries and questionnaires, including maintaining online customer systems.
• Obtain and maintain supplier specifications and product samples, ensuring records are updated in Sage and the company specification system.
• Manage key supplier approvals and accreditations.
• Handle customer and internal complaints, ensuring investigations, corrective actions and records are completed and maintained.
• Coordinate customer Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Certificates of Conformity (COCs), ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Support customer and supplier visits, product trials and other technical requirements.
• Assist with BRCGS compliance, including audits, training, management reviews, maintaining procedures and supporting certification.
• Ensure the Sedex system and relevant compliance records are kept up to date.
