Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Quality Manager for a leading manufacturing business. You will own quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and partner with production and senior management to deliver excellence.

You will lead audits, manage non-conformances, and deliver training while supporting health, safety and environmental responsibilities. This is an on-site role in Northern Ireland with a focus on ISO 9001, HACCP and BRC compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Quality Management, QA or QC role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP and BRC.
• Experience with external audits and non-conformance management.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and delivering training.
• Manufacturing/production experience advantageous.
• LEAN, Environmental or H&S experience desirable.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work fully on-site, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Work closely with Production and Maintenance to resolve quality issues.
• Deliver quality training and monitor production quality standards.

• Manage quality testing and equipment calibration.
• Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Contribute to wider Health & Safety and Environmental responsibilities.
