Pay: £45,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 06:00 - 16:15 Monday - Thursday
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday; Competitive salary and benefits package; 20 days' annual leave (based on a four-day week) plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across the business while supporting customers and suppliers. The Quality Manager will manage warranty claims, returned parts and root cause investigations, lead corrective actions through 8D processes, oversee PPAP activities, conduct internal and product audits, maintain calibration and quality documentation, report KPIs and drive continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
