Job summary

MNB Precision Ltd, Coventry, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality team in a precision manufacturing environment. The role covers maintaining QMS, ISO/API accreditation, audits, and driving continuous improvements across the shopfloor.

The successful candidate will oversee investigations and ensure products meet company specifications, collaborating closely with production teams to sustain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards.
• Experience within precision manufacturing or engineering environments.
• ISO and API understanding.
• Knowledge of CRN investigations and resolution processes.
• Experience conducting internal and customer audits.
• Ability to drive quality improvements and implement best practices on the shopfloor.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate quality standards effectively to production teams.

We are seeking a Quality Manager to head our quality team in a precision manufacturing environment.
