Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards.
• Experience within precision manufacturing or engineering environments.
• ISO and API understanding.
• Knowledge of CRN investigations and resolution processes.
• Experience conducting internal and customer audits.
• Ability to drive quality improvements and implement best practices on the shopfloor.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate quality standards effectively to production teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and establish quality procedures within the quality department.
• Maintain ISO and API accreditation within the business.
• Conduct and oversee all internal and customer audits.
• Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Oversee and support any investigations within Quality.
