Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are supporting a world-leading engineering manufacturer in Littlehampton seeking a Quality Engineer to drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the site.

You will lead root cause investigations, support ISO 9001 accreditation, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to reduce defects and improve processes. A salary of £40,000–£45,000 plus training and pension is on offer.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience with Lean/CI principles.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audits.
• Proven root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Commutable to Littlehampton.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities across the facility.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support MRB and QA activities to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
