Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Blackburn is seeking a Quality Engineer (Manufacturing). You will take ownership of the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with production, engineering and suppliers to deliver sustainable quality improvements.

The role involves leading audits, CAPA and process improvement projects in a safety-critical manufacturing environment, with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Quality Engineer for an engineering or manufacturing business.
• Proactive, results-driven and passionate about continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001 & auditing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead internal, supplier and external audits, driving corrective actions to closure.
• Lead quality improvement and process capability projects across the site.
