Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer in Littlehampton to drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement across a manufacturing site. You will lead root cause investigations, support ISO 9001 activities and collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Proven track record in lean transformation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and CI activities across the facility.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Support MRB activities with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Utilise 8D, FMEA, Kaizen and PDCA to deliver improvements.
