Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the quality function across our manufacturing operation. You will drive continuous improvement, develop the quality team and ensure processes meet customer and regulatory expectations.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary up to £60,000, structured hours and benefits. You will own ISO 9001 systems and lead quality initiatives to support product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading, managing and developing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and managing performance.
• Own and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including audits, certification and compliance.
• Promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business.
• Oversee manufacturing QA/QC, including non-conformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions, scrap, rework and concessions.
• Support New Product Introduction through testing requirements, FMEA and production quality planning.
