Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Hea d of Quality to lead the site Quality function within a global engineering and manufacturing organisation serving the aerospace sector. The role reports to the Site Leadership Team and manages a team of 12 quality professionals, shaping the quality strategy for the division and ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are embedded.

Qualifications

• I CV/experience leading a Quality function in engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality professionals.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet aerospace requirements.
• Operate as part of the Senior Leadership Team to drive quality strategy.
• Lead internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement using structured problem solving and lean methods.
• Monitor key quality metrics and supplier performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and customers.
• Translate divisional objectives into site-level improvements.
