Job summary

Bloomin seeks a Quality Lead in Llantrisant, Wales to oversee production and quality within a site partnership. You will work with the site team to ensure recipes, processes and quality standards are met, and drive root-cause analysis and improvements across production, QC and scale-up.

The role requires hands-on production and QC experience, strong food-safety knowledge and excellent collaboration across multiple teams and partner organisations. This is a site-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Hands-on production and QC experience.
• Ability to review QC checks (pH, Brix, viscosity).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across partnerships and scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production priorities and problem-solving.
• Ensure products meet recipes, processes and quality standards.
• Oversee QC checks and batch documentation.
• Support investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Transfer new recipes from lab to full-scale production.
• Promote cross-organisational collaboration.
