Job summary

MorePeople are working with an established food business in North East Wales that manufactures premium products for top retailers. They are seeking a Technical Manager to lead the Technical and Quality teams and drive standards.

The role focuses on food quality, safety and integrity across the factory, updating the QMS, audits and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have experience leading QA teams in high-care food manufacturing and knowledge of HACCP, BRC and retailer

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a QA team in high-care food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC and retailer standards.
• Drive to deliver top quality, safety, and integrity across the factory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical and Quality teams and drive food quality, safety and integrity standards.
• Update and maintain the QMS; conduct audits and drive corrective actions.
• Represent QA/Technical function in site leadership and drive continuous improvement.
