Job summary

THG Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join the Tywyn site. You will lead a team of Production and Technical Operatives to ensure safe, efficient production lines, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on leadership, performance against KPIs, and delivering results across the end-to-end production process within THG’s nutrition manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing performance against KPIs.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene and HR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong culture of Health & Safety for the team and workplace.
• Lead daily shift briefs, communicate production plans and expectations.
• Drive operational performance to meet targets and KPIs.
• Promote right-first-time quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality, safety and hygiene checks are completed to standard.
• Manage labour resources to maximise productivity and reduce downtime.
• Support waste reduction initiatives and comply with waste procedures.
• Deliver thorough handovers during shift changeovers.
