JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting aerospace manufacturer to recruit a Quality Inspector to join their skilled and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Inspector from aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering to develop within a high-quality environment supplying leading global customers.

The Successful Quality Inspector – Package :

33,750 per annum (including shift allowance)

Mornings : Mon–Thu : 6 : 00am–1 : 45pm, Fri : 6 : 00am–12 : 00pm

Afternoons : Mon–Thu : 1 : 30pm–9 : 15pm, Fri : 11 : 45am–5 : 45pm

Overtime available, paid at 1.5x

Permanent, full-time position

The Successful Quality Inspector – Role :

Perform in-process and final inspections of precision components

Use a variety of measuring tools including verniers, micrometres, and height gauges

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Record inspection results accurately and maintain traceable documentation

Liaise with production teams to resolve any non-conformances or deviations

Support FAIR and PPAP documentation where required

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised inspection area

The Successful Quality Inspector – Requirements :

Previous inspection experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and measurement techniques

Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards desirable

Aerospace experience preferred, though automotive or precision engineering backgrounds will also be considered

Confident using a range of manual inspection tools

Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
