First City Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Quality Insight & Development Assistant in Swindon to help maintain high standards of care. This role focuses on gathering insights and analyzing data to improve quality, with a Collaborative multidisciplinary team and emphasis on regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in a care setting, hold Level 3 Health and Social Care or be willing to achieve it, and demonstrate strong communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in a care setting.
• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Confidence and assertiveness to challenge colleagues professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with a variety of computer systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting quality initiatives.
• Monitor system alerts, review care records, and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and quality standards, including CQC compliance.
• Collaborate with care teams to address delivery gaps and elevate concerns for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to audit reviews, and support action plans for continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and development programmes to enhance competency and improve care quality standards.
