Job summary

Achieve together is seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor to support our operations and ensure high-quality, person-centred care across homes in Wales and the West. You will lead audits, coach teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support.

The role requires experience in operations management, strong knowledge of quality audits and self-assessments, and a flexible approach to cover hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management within social care or similar environment.
• Experience conducting quality audits and self-assessments to improve service quality.
• Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours when required.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to drive across the organisation.
• Strong focus on coproduction, involvement and inclusion with knowledge of relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and support interpreting and implementing regulatory frameworks in a person-led way.
• Audit and support operations teams to deliver high-quality, inclusive care.
• Perform detailed, impartial quality reviews of each home via robust audits.
• Collaborate with people we support, families and workers to review service quality.
