Job summary

Supply Care Solutions are seeking an experienced Social Worker to step into a senior Quality Assurance and Service Improvement role in South Wales. This permanent, full-time position leads on quality assurance, audit and practice improvement across Children and Adult Services.

You will influence practice standards, promote good practice and help create a strong best-practice culture across the workforce, while providing leadership and support to Team Managers and Social Workers.
