Job summary

NCG is seeking a 0.6 FTE Quality Improvement Manager to support project work spanning the North East region. The role will travel to engage with subcontract delivery partners in community settings and ensure quality is maintained across all activities.

You will lead initiatives, oversee continuous improvement reviews, and provide clear, accessible reports to inform decision making. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and capable of delivering high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality improvement and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel across the North East to work with community partners.
• Motivated, proactive with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
