East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, well‑motivated individual to join our Quality Improvement Team. The post holder will support delivery of the Quality Improvement and Clinical Outcomes Strategy and engage with the wider continuous improvement agenda across the Trust.

You will work with teams to drive QI projects, deliver specialist QI training, and embed improvement methodologies across ESNEFT, contributing to safer, higher‑quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Identify resistance to change and develop strategies to overcome it using QI approaches.
• Develop a Trust-wide communications framework to share learning.
• Respond promptly and professionally to QI inquiries from clinical and managerial staff.
• Promote patient-centred, learning, and just culture across ESNEFT.
• Maintain and develop effective communication channels with staff at all levels.
• Undertake clinical audits and assess information to inform decisions.
• Analyse audit data to form recommendations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Trust teams to deliver projects and scale up improvements.
