Job summary

Cooper Golding Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a North Devon-based employer. The role will drive the Quality Management System, ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Procurement and Supply Chain.

The successful candidate will lead the Quality Team, monitor KPIs and contribute to group-wide quality initiatives within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Quality function in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee internal and external audits and regulatory assessments.
• Ensure product quality, safety and environmental standards compliance.
• Lead the Quality Team and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Procurement and Supply Chain.
