Job summary

Atos Group is seeking a Quality Analyst to drive improvement in UKI operations, with a focus on customer experience, service delivery, and compliance. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, manage internal agreements, and advance quality initiatives.

A background in audits or ISO certification and SC clearance is advantageous, with some travel allowed. The position sits within the CEO Office team and supports governance, audits, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly assimilate, interpret and summarize data.
• Proven track record delivering service improvements and quality initiatives.
• Experience in audits, ISO certifications or similar.
• SC security clearance is preferred or required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational information to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with service, account management and technical teams.
• Apply Atos standards and tools to improve service delivery and quality.
• Produce high-quality documentation and reports.
• Investigate issues and propose viable solutions for resolution.
• Support development of departmental and organizational strategic plans.
