Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks an Assurance Advisor with formal auditing qualifications, ideally ISO 27001/9001, to deliver internal assurance audits across the organisation. You will ensure audits are planned, executed, and findings closed in line with the Internal Quality Audit Procedure and Management System.

You will follow audit procedures, deliver green/low amber risk and process audits, support auditees on closeouts, and contribute to improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus auditing experience.
• Experience auditing to a management system aligned to ISO standards.
• External audit qualification/certification aligned to internal auditing is preferred (ISO 27001 and/or ISO 9001).

Responsibilities

• Follow internal Assurance audit procedures for audit planning, delivery and follow-up.
• Deliver green and low amber risk audits, process audits and verification audits within defined targets.
• Support auditee on the close out of findings.
• Provide enhanced understanding of the Management System to Auditees.
• Participate in internal improvement projects related to audit findings and business change.
• Accountable for confidential treatment of records and information.
• Support delivery of Root Cause Analysis.
• Contribute to the UKI Operations Team Operations Plan.
• Promote and embed a strong quality culture within AtkinsRéalis.
• May perform other duties as required by supervisor.
