Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for its infrastructure division, a UK-wide role with travel across the country. The candidate will lead quality management, drive continual improvement and ensure ISO compliance across projects and teams.

Based in Scotland or the south of England, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop digital tools for reporting, and support tendering and bid submissions. A strong QA background in construction is essential.

Qualifications

  • Must have degree in construction-related subject and demonstrable quality management track record.
  • Chartered Quality Institute membership or equivalent quality credential.
  • Trained in ISO 9001/14001/45001; proven auditor capabilities and QA process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction to staff at all Senior Management levels as the quality expert.
  • Report quality matters to Senior Management with dashboards and visuals.
  • Audit planning, governance, and continual improvement of the QMS across projects.
