Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Quality Analyst to drive continuous improvement in UKI, focusing on customer experience, service delivery efficiency, and quality assurance. The role involves managing internal agreements, audits, and certification projects while collaborating with software development and service support teams.

The position requires experience in Quality/Service Delivery/Project Management, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Quality, Service Delivery or Project Management.
• Able to quickly assimilate, interpret and summarize data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational information to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead/ facilitate improvement initiatives for service delivery and efficiency.
• Work with service/account management to drive quality initiatives.
• Apply Atos standards and tools effectively.
• Produce high-quality documentation and reports.
• Support development of strategic plans.
