Job summary

weServed is launching the Quality Graduate Programme in Devonport, Plymouth, with a September 2027 start. The two-year role develops quality management foundations within a naval/industrial project context, under expert supervision and a clear progression path.

You’ll study quality principles, auditing, risk management, and data-driven improvement, supported by mentorship and a structured Graduate Development Programme leading toward Chartered QC Institute accreditation.

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of quality principles, standards and specifications.
• Experience in project environments and applying quality in practice.
• Knowledge of risk management concepts and management systems.
• Awareness of auditing processes, both internal and external, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid foundation in quality management within project environments.
• Join structured training with mentorship to grow technical and professional capabilities.
• Work with experienced Quality Engineers on real project activities and supplier visits.
• Progress toward CQI accreditation and professional chartership.
• Contribute to data monitoring to drive performance and improvement.
