Job summary

Babcock International in Devonport, Plymouth, is launching a Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme starting September 2027. You will support the commercial management of major infrastructure projects at HM Naval Base Devonport, part of a long-term multi‑billion pound programme, with exposure to NEC4 ECC and PSC terms.

The two-year scheme comprises four six‑month placements across projects, with structured training, mentorship, and support toward RICS chartership.

Qualifications

• Accredited RICS degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (minimum 2:2 or MSc).
• Ability to obtain BPSS and SC security clearance.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of major infrastructure projects.
• Assist with quotations, change management, and payment applications.
• Contribute to subcontract tendering and supply chain collaboration.
• Collaborate with MOD and Royal Navy to deliver projects.
